Tonight we walked the girls in the Park, was a fantastic walk until right at the end...two dogs - not on leashes mind you - ran up out of nowhere and one jumped on my Honeybee. She jumped right back on him though and showed him who was boss....thank god - Chad was there to break them up and keep it under control. The owner felt bad but DAMN....there is a leash law for a reason jackass! Makes me furious. He is lucky that nothing serious came out of it.... never a dull moment let me tell ya!
Now the girls are wiped out and relaxing in their beds....I am so happy that they love these so much...
We also stopped by Park Avenue Coffee on our walk. Well I sat outside while Chad went in to check out the joint... and here is proof my husband loves me.... he came out with this....
Red Velvet Gooey Butter Cake from Park Avenue Coffee..... oh lord! Oh and he also surprised me with some red velvet donuts from Krispy Kreme the other morning....red velvet one on the right there...
I told him that i really did NOT need to know those existed and that I was beginning to wonder if he has a fat girl fetish :)
Earlier today I bought a HUGE beef tenderloin for our Christmas dinner this weekend....the sucker cost me $80! I am thinking we may freeze half for a later date but - it is one of our favorites and...will be a special meal so, totally worth the splurge. More on that later....
Having a few cocktails on the couch tonight and we are admiring our tree! I love it so much this year...
I am so looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow - YAY! I even bought a sleep mask this week so I can put it on in the morning to keep the light out....yes!
Oh and before I forget.....HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my awesome sister Stacy! Love you so very much and I hope I grow up to be half as fabulous as you one day! Cheers!

I am doing tenderloin also (and some salmon for the non meat eaters (me!!!)!!! I have not cooked it in so long I hope I don't screw it up!
