Well - i survived my first run of 2012! No puking, no tears & I didn't pass out or die so - YAY! Last night we went to check out 4 Hands Brewery - which is a new brewery that opened in our neighborhood - was really great - cool people and yummy beer. Went out Thursday night for Jude's b-day....  was a great time - Mariachi's and then a bar called Friday's South for drinks - good times! House shopping is so stressful... multiple offers in on the house in Soulard so - everyone submits their highest & best offer and we will see who wins - should know something by Tuesday/Wednesday! Patience is not my strong suit but trying to hang in there :) I did take Lisa by the house on Geyer (one with the awesome kitchen and Joe Strummer piece, lol) to get her opinion - and she loved it!

I was able to see the house in Soulard yesterday!! It really was amazing :) Perfect location that we want, fabulous patio/backyard....there is even a koi fish pond!! There is a private second floor balcony off the master that is so awesome! Lots of closet space and storage....only negatives are 1) kitchen is a wee bit smaller than I would like and 2) only 1 full bath and the other is a half. But,

So today I splurged at lunch....i have discovered this deli near my job that boy oh boy....I am betting I would weigh about 5 lbs less if I hadn't! It is called Russell's and is yuh-huuh-huuummmm!!! So far this holiday weekend has been fantastic! Friday night, hung with Judy at Geo's patio for wings and beer buckets - no pics, sorry kiddos! So I finally dragged ass into the doctor's office this morning - I can't remember the last time I felt this horrible for so long! My throat has been killing me since Sunday :( I love my doctor though - she was able to squeeze me in at 10 this a.m. and  good news - no pneumonia, no strep, my lungs sound clear so....pretty much she just sent me on my way in 20 mins with antibiotics - hooray!  I
